The Quick Start Challenge 2018

The Quick Start Challenge 2018

Today I decided to take the “The Quick Start Challenge”.

I did a challenge with Ed the Aussie years ago and that was fun and successful. I sold that blog but wish I had of kept it as I said it was a fun business.

This challenge is totally different and up to date of course.

I have written a few thoughts that I have on the fabled Online Lifestyle business that people want.

I have a few ideas on what it takes to be successful and my main thought is”Accountability” by working with a mentor who can keep you true and honest you will be successful.

Maybe the best way is a coaching group or mastermind group where the costs are not as high because they are shared.

Anyway, have a read through the following and let me know what you think?

My Simplified Internet Marketing Blueprint For Your Home Based Business

Are you looking for an Internet marketing blueprint for your home based business? Are you looking for a proven guide to help you generate more sales and add more customers to your business on the Internet?

I'm going to show you the most effective ways on the Internet right now to create more sales, and grow your business.

Internet Marketing Blueprint Step #1 – Keywords

The #1 thing you need to do is create a list of keywords for your business.

By creating a list of keywords for your specific business you are essentially finding your target market, seeing what they search for, what they like, and you are going to learn how everything they seek and want to read about.

Once you do this step, you are now on track for the next level.

Internet Marketing Blueprint Step #2 – Content

The next step in creating your marketing strategy for your home based business is to create your content.

So what you are going to have to do is pick a keyword in your list, and go out on the Internet and learn about that subject. Read articles, books, videos, forums, and any other information you're going to need to create some valuable content for your reader.

Once you create this content, you are ready for the next step.

Internet Marketing Blueprint Step #3 – Market

The 3rd step in Internet marketing blueprint is to now market that content. To market your content, you are going to need to generate backlinks for your content.

These backlinks are going to drive your content to the top or near the of the search engines, and this is how you are going to drive traffic to your content.

Once you drive enough traffic to your content, a certain percentage of that traffic is going to want the services you are providing.

Someone is going to be interesting in what you are offering, and they are going to want to contact you for more information.

This leads me to the last step in your Internet marketing blueprint.

Internet Marketing Blueprint Step #4 – Action

The last step in your Internet marketing blueprint for your home based business is to have a call to action in your content.

If you have someone that connects with your content, your business, and your message, and you don't have something for them to do next to connect with you more, they won't.

The is one of the most common mistakes businesses make in their content. The offer the content, but they don't offer the next step.

Give your readers the next step. Tell them to comment, like, tweet, share, click a link, enter in their email address, fill in a contact form, call you, or anything that will create more of a connection.

The Internet Marketing Challenge

There are three main challenges to a successful “The Quick Start Challenge” for 2018

At first, you may think it is finding a market, creating a website for that market, and driving traffic to your site.

All that is important, but that is not what I am going to talk about here.

I am going to write about three things that can derail any new marketer. These three are the real Internet marketing challenge things:

1. The Internet
2. Shiny-itisThe Quick Start Challenge 20183. Disarray

The Internet is the number one enemy and can be summed up in two words: “Surfs Up!”. By definition, you as an Internet marketer have to spend time on the Internet researching.

You may be researching a new niche or the competition. You have to do that.

But it is so easy to get lost. It is easy to click that link to follow an idea. The next thing you know, what started out as a task that should have taken minutes, has now taken hours and you have not accomplished your mission.

Even more insidious, is opening the browser to surf when you have not so exciting tasks to do, like writing an article or backlinking.

Do what you can to limit your “research” time.

Shiny-itis is looking for the next great thing.

What you are doing is not good enough. There must be a faster, easier way to meet your goals. The next product you buy will be the magic bullet that rockets you to millions of dollars of annual income.

Well, do not believe the hype. Find an Internet marketing training course with a pragmatic approach and work through it.

Work the system. Focus on one thing at a time. Take action and complete the tasks. This is what will bring you success, not a shiny new toy.

Finally, there is disarray. Internet marketing consists of a myriad of tasks. It is a challenge to keep track of them. It is a challenge to keep track of the projects.

Break down your projects into campaigns. For each campaign keep a task list and a folder for all the articles and notes you have taken. Put together a system for keeping track of your marketing process.

Then there is the information overload. You are reading and learning and getting ideas all the time. They clutter up your mind. How about that last good idea you had? Do you remember it, much less act on it? I did not think so.

Keep a training manual for things you are learning.

Keep a business journal for ideas and things you are researching. Once you get your ideas on paper, your mind is freed to do the important thing, the true Internet Marketing challenge:
