Welcome to my Pipedrive review 2020 of Pipedrive CRM software.
I am great at sales but not great at organising my pipeline. I always get by but I am always thinking that I could earn more money or do more with my leads if I was more organised.
I have tried Sage, Hubspot, and a few other CRM's but decided that a Pipedrive review 2020 would be the best thing to do as it has literally changed my lead generation for good.

I used Sage software for years but it started to get pretty complicated and took time to learn every time there was a new update.

Pipedrive really is the best option available for the small business market on a budget.
It is a very simple and clean CRM software. It ensures that no leads fall through the cracks and that you milk every last dollar out of your lead pipeline.
It is lightweight fast and powerful and can everything you need in order to present your lead funnel ready for closing the deals.

What could make Pipedrive better?
For me, I believe that Pipedrive is nearly perfect for my use.
They do update the software but the changes are subtle and therefore don't require a steep learning curve.
Also, the changes make sense when they are made.
If I had to say anything that could make Pipedrive a little better it is the range of API's offered for 3rd party integration (this hasn't affected me yet).
Also, make the reporting function a bit easier which I believe is on their update wish list
My Pipedream Review 2020 Conclusion!
When I first started using Pipedrive it was after I had tried Hubspot's free CRM.
I was skeptical because as I said I love selling and hate the admin but this has changed my mind.
The drag and drop screen is great and it's fantastic to see your pipeline moving towards the sale.
I am now on the pro account after taking the free trial and it is definitely paying for itself and then some.
I really don't think I could operate at the level I do with Pipedrive now so, in conclusion, I would definitely recommend it.
