The Quick Start Challenge Week 2

The Quick Start Challenge Week 2 Challenge

Today I revisited The Quick Start Challenge Week 2 Challenge video that was a recording of the week 2 webinar.

I had already listened once, but my medication means I need to watch a couple of times for it to sink in. And from what I did remember I knew I should listen twice.

The Quick Start Challenge Week 2 ChallengeThe challenge this week was to identify what it is you would need for your ideal lifestyle that would be provided by your online business.

My goals, wants and needs have changed a huge amount over the years and now that I am in my 50's I need even less.

However, I still have a family with a teenage Daughter, and they deserve to have a decent lifestyle, so I went back to the drawing board to think about what I wanted for them and of course ‘Lil ol me'.

So, here goes.

1. Enough money to take care of day to day living £250 Daily = £91,250 a year. £10,000 of this would go towards me helping Foster children that leave foster care and don't have any support for further education such as University regarding the purchasing of books and course paraphernalia, and a Brother/Dad thay can rely on. They need all the help they can get.

2. A Holiday Home in Italy (Tuscany, Sorrento, or Lido De Jesolo) = £10,000 a year

3. I love cars so a Bentley for daily and Nissan GTR for weekends = £10,000 a year

4. Luxury holiday for three weeks during school summer holiday =
£10,000 a year.

5. I'm going to add £12,000 a year for myself as a treat.

Approx Total = £134,250 a year, a little of the famous £10,000 a Month.

This is kinda all I need but I have had this sized income before and the more you have the more you want. Most people live up to their incomes and I am no different.

I have been fortunate enough to be receiving recurring income from an affiliate program that was giving me $320 per month from each subscriber they had. I have sent about 20 that signed up and dropped off after a few months.

I have retained or more to the point they did a great job of retaining 3 of these subscribers for between 15-18 months.

This means I have been getting close to $1000 every month for the last 15 months. The last subscribers finished last month.

And guess what? I didn't know I was getting this. I logged into a dormant Paypal account I have, and it was full of cash. I couldn't believe it.

So needless to say I am trying to build the traffic back to that offer again.

My point is what Dean said in The Quick Start Challenge Week 2 is in my eyes totally correct. Make sure you get some recurring commission form the deals to do, The traffic is as hard to get for one-off payments as it is for recurring.

If I can help you in any way please reach out.

Best, Ed
